About the Mod

The IPECAC Community Mod is a free fan-made expansion under development for The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth +. The mod includes new items, characters, enemies, secrets, and much more, many of which were suggested by other fans of the game, and were collected through platforms such as reddit and discord. Currently, a public beta version of the mod is available here, which is on its second version. With the upcoming release of the new DLC The Binding of Isaac: Repentance, the project is expected to migrate to it. In addition to the current content, many new enemies, items and even new floors are planned to be added eventually.
